(held together by our unique blend of rigorous analytics, mad-scientist energy, and poetic dreaming).

Our approach gives rare ideas that should already exist…the space they need to finally begin.

What We Filter For:

We don’t filter by industry, medium, or trend.

We filter by whether the idea should be cultivated — and cultivated by us.

★ Necessity: Is it missing? Does the moment call for it?

★ Pull: Does it keep coming back…in thought, timing, instinct?

★ Impact: Who does it support? What might it shift?

★ Harm Reduction: Does it make the system it touches less harmful, even if imperfect?

★ Ethical Direction: Does it help make room for liberation, dignity, or long-term repair?

★ Viability: Can it reasonably be built — and built to the standard it deserves?

★ Uniqueness: Would this be built without us? Would it even be considered?

★ Excitement: Does it wake us up? Move something in us?

★ Capacity: Can we take it where it needs to go, or at least far enough to hand it to someone who can?

Not every idea checks every box.

But the right ones align, exactly where they need to.

Ethics Without a Logo

Simply put, we believe most projects should help people.

Many are meant to heal, whether directly or indirectly.

Some make space for joy, clarity, or repair.

And others generate revenue that funds the rest.

We don’t treat doing what's right like it’s a PR checklist.

Our ethics shape how we build, who something is for, how it’s offered, and when to let it go.

Sometimes that means scaling it.

Sometimes it means giving it away.

Sometimes it means stopping completely.

We ask what a story is reinforcing, not just what it says.

We think about how our work can uphold or dismantle unjust systems.

We think about whether a project can — at the very least — reduce the harms already built into the systems it touches.

We look at who’s centered, what’s left out, and how something might feel to use.

We make space for complexity, because systemic obstacles are nothing if not complex.

There’s no values wall.

Just some people trying to do the right thing, even when the answers aren't always clear.

How We Work:

Some projects move fast.

Others take time.

A few wait in the background for years before they’re ready to begin.

We don’t move blindly on pressure. We move on what makes sense for the work.

Some ideas make sense to sprint. Others deserve to be marathons.

We don’t ship just to ship.

We build what matters — at the pace that’s best for the process.

It’s not about delay. It’s about doing the work justice.

To us, timelines aren’t arbitrary.

They’re informed by process, by care, and what the work is for.
