Health & Healing

Care tools for the parts of life we're not taught to navigate.

For endings, opression & injustices, and growing pains.

Tools for the physical and emotional terrain we’re not trained to navigate. These offerings help make sense of grief, injustice, fear, and uncertainty…giving people of multiple age groups grounded ways to reflect, communicate, and move through what often goes unspoken.

Currently available projects:

Before the Sunset

Aging reflection toolkit that helps those in their final chapters find peace in the end.

Reflection prompts with accompanying photos of plants through all stages of life and death,

captured by a photographer who has worked with seniors for decades

Explores feelings of reminscence, regret, love, fear, wisdom, uncertainty, impact, and connection

Through Grief, We Overcome

Interactive resource to help those who experience oppression grieve through the pain of systemic injustice

Includes paintings that depict deep inner rupture, systemic neglect and abuse of the innocent,

generational trauma, and imaginary alternative worlds. Painted by an Anti-Racism Educator with

highly relevant lived experience

Helps people contextualize what they have been through; identify themes, grieve through the pain;

come to terms with reality; find the beauty in resistance, resilience, and community; and begin to

help build the world they want to live in

Projects in planning & production phases:

Comic Relief

Video series that helps people better understand common health concerns and misunderstandings

Short, comic-style videos that blend light humour with health insights and lessons for all ages

Hey Buddy

Private, judgement-free space for kids to open up about they feel they can't talk about with anyone else

Basically a modern journal that offers understanding and advice that a responsible adult would say

On the other side, parents can share concerns and insights that they're noticing to Hey Buddy, so

the tool can slowly nudge the child towards healthy, positive outcomes in a gentle, supportive manner,

while also helping parents cope with the stresses and anxieties that come with parenthood

Neither side is ever able to see what the other shares, and the tool will never attempt to influence the

the child's identity, sexuality, political views, or in any way that disrupts their health and development

Curious about any of these? Want to collaborate, license, or support?
